Good day all!
I will start off admitting, I use this site more often than any of the numerous cookbooks we have laying around the house.
I have been using VegWeb for 3 years now, (for recipes) but haven't taken real advantage of the community, that is all of us user/members.
Just trying to put myself out there a little bit, and be active in the community i am so glad I've stumbled into.
So, I am just wondering, what YOUR favorite dish, that you have made from VegWeb.
Two recipes i make quite often and love are:
"General Tso's Tofu" and "Very Simple Blueberry Muffins".
I use this site so much over cookbooks that I mailed my collection to various vegwebbers.
Beans and Legumes category: Delicious Pakistani Dhal
Breads --> Muffins category: [url=http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=13552.0Blueberry Bran Muffins
Desserts --> Balls, Bars and Squares: Time-Warp Lemon Squares
Meat, Dairy and Egg Alternatives --> Meat Alternatives --> Seafood Alternatives: Mock Tuna Salad
Soups, Chili and Stews --> Bean Soup: Bean and "Bacon" Soup
I have loads of faves here, too hard to name just one. Here are some:

Srsly though, I also use this website above cookbooks. The recipes I use most often are:
Jake's scrambled eggs, I make them at least 2 or three times a month
Luscious coconut bread, but I can't make it too often because I can eat the whole loaf on my own in one day ::)
Craig's dahl
Spinach and tofu paneer
shortbread cookies, except I had to stop making them as me and my OH were goingt through 2 or 3 batches a week!
Compost broth

From Vegan Table: The BBQ sauce, hummus, Carrot Ginger Soup (my favorite soup of all time), tofu scramble and tempeh bacon, spring rolls
From Vegan Vittles: baking soda biscuits, farmhouse stew, chocolate chip cookies
Vegan Planet: sushi recipe is good, miso soup, baked beans (WAY better than Vegan Table), potstickers, cold udon noodles in peanut sauce
I hope you have at least one of these cookbooks to try! If not, the VW recipes will keep you busy!
