you know, I've been struggling with making food. really "making" or cooking things for myself. but for some reason, right now, I feel good about it all... like, I CAN scramble up some tofu, cook a spicy indian dish (but not too spicy...), maybe even bake some cupcakes and decorate them, and be a happy vegan. I've come a long way in the past while. I'm much more prepared to take care of myself.
yay for me!
just thought I'd share.
Congrats- I knew you had it in you!!!!
Congratulations.

Confidence in the kitchen is important. I know whaen I go in the kitchen, if I screw somethnig up, I'll screw it up right!
You'll be wearing a chef's hat at shouting "Bork! Bork! Bork!" in no time.

Congrats- you set a goal and accomplished it, AND took care of yourself- be proud of yourself, I'm so inspired by your commitment!
Yes, Yay for you laurabs!!!! You are doing great and have come a long way. Maybe when you get the cooking thing down perfectly, you can teach me!!!! :) I am a usuless cook and don't enjoy it very much. Hopefully, now that my renovated kitchen is nearly done, I will start to enjoy it and cooking.
