Your recipe got my husband to eat tofu!!!! This was great! I cut up the tofu very small & let it sit in the spice mixture while I prepared the rest of our meal.

This looks great! I just want to check, the coconut milk is the canned kind, like you would use in a thai coconut curry, right? not the watery type that is supposed to replace cows milk?
