let's not forget our vegweb commune idea, either, now.
or someone else who has the money should just move there and i can live vicariously through you. the end.
O.O
If I had the money......
LOL everyone start a bakesale!
p.s. I feel like this is actually really cheap, but that doesn't change the fact that I don't have $210,000.. Maybe my perception is skewed because I live in California?
Beautiful! Actually this is pretty inexpensive. Wow. Wish I could sell my place and move there, establish a vegan sanctuary and grow lots of oranges, kale and broccoli.
They already have a ton of fruit trees growing and beds made for veggie growing! i want it so badly! but yeah, it seems super cheap considering everything that is on the land. i'm sure land there is cheap, though.
yeah, that's mad cheap, and now I want someone to give me $210,000 toooo!
vegweb commune planning starts now! : )
No, actually I was thinking the same thing, that's cheap (for the property anyway)! But maybe that's because I live in freezing cold, 3/4 of the seasons is winter NY :)
Holy shit. This place is especially perfect for you, hesp, with such abundant fruit. I wish I could live there. I sent the link to my parents. I think they should retire there (and eventually pass it on to me).
smart, alg, smart.
and yes, any commune ideas WELCOME.
I can't stop looking...
But... I don't like being too hot :/

That's what all of that beautiful water is for :)
Yeah $210,000 is dirt cheap.
i like being hot. i hate being cold.
well I don't like being cold, either. but i get cranky when i'm too hot. but yeah, i think those waterfalls would help. what about all the bugs though? yeah, i'm thinking this through like it really might happen. hah.
i like being hot. i hate being cold.
This x a million.
bugs in terms of you or plants? they said they apply permaculture techniques so i assume the bugs aren't too bad for food.
for you, i'm sure you'd get bitten a bunch? i get bitten a bunch every time i go to Fl, for sure.
Beautiful. I wonder how secluded it is. And the price tag is very cheap for CT but I dont know how it rates in Belize. heh
Are those banana trees? You could live on banana bread and Captain Morgan banana smoothies there. Fuck yes.
i like being hot. i hate being cold.
Same. This is why I have lived in Alaska and Arizona and have ended up back here where I started in Oregon where it doesn't really go outside of 40* to 75*.
Wow. I can work anywhere in the globe with high speed Internet. I'm ready to go. Too bad I don't have the money either. I don't know what land is worth there, but here I could buy a small mansion for that. I paid $52,000 for my house. I know what you guys are takling about though. I grew up in the East Bay. I couldn't buy an outhouse on a postage stamp-sized lot in my hometown for what I paid for this house.
How did you come across this? It's amazing! And yes, super cheap. Did you see the taxes - $110/year :o. That's not even 1 month of taxes on my house, not even close. Well, now I know where I am retiring....
I don't like the "large amount of land available for expansion" line. Hopefully developers won't learn of this availability! "Hmmm...how can I suck this land dry with total disregard of resources to make as much money as possible??"
