Ordering groceries online is great. The only problem is sometimes (especially amazon) you need to order all your items in bulk. Ordering an ingredient or two for a recipe may not be very practical if you don't use it often.
I think it depends what you are looking to buy. If you just want to try some specialty ingreadients, I really like this site: http://store.foodfightgrocery.com
Have you looked at Vegan Essentials. I added the link, but they also have an ad to your right (unless it's changed). They have food items.

heehee, this store is local for me!!! ;D
holy crap! i am looking at amazon and they have an instant 20 bucks rebate if you buy 49 bucks of select kashi cereals. good deal!
thought ppl might want to know if you like cereal.
and that means you really only have to buy like 6 boxes of cereal!!
I used to buy a ton from vegan essentials.
mm, canned tofu dogs....

I love foodfight. I've bought several things from them, they always send funny emails and notes with your order, and usually a free sticker or two
http://www.bulkfoods.com/ is really good for stocking up on some harder to find ingredients that you may go through a lot of (nutritional yeast, vital wheat gluten for seitan, etc.). They mainly sell ingredients and not finished processed food. But they tend to be a good bit cheaper than many smaller packages from bricks and mortar stores and you don't really have to buy a ton of anything.
