Yeah, I realize that, and I was nitpicking, but words matter. Besides, blanket statements about race are never a good idea- or correct -this gringo makes kick-ass Cuban food.

Gosh it was just a silly comment... I don't know why you're making such a huge deal about it! I doubt her intentions were to offend anyone or be a racist or something... Geeze

Don't waste your breath. You're just going to get some stock radical liberal response about how you're perpetuating stereotypes and racism.

Not a big deal, just my opinion, which is as valid as yours and I don't believe anyone's intentions were ever called into question.  I admitted I was nitpicking, so as to highlight that it was of little concern.  Which it is.
PC? HA! No one has ever called me that before!

What does PC even stand for?

What does PC even stand for?

Politically correct. Like when you're choosing words very carefully so as not to offend anyone--like making sure you say "Caucasian" instead of "white" or other instances like that. People tend to get really politically correct when speaking about subject like race, religion, gender issues, and sexual orientation.

I am the opposite of PC. I refer to women as bitches, men as fags and gays as faggots. I think people need to lighten up in general.

Now this thread is going to be moved to the food fight section.

I remember looking it up years ago and it was definitely over 1,000. I want to say around 1,300 or so. The tortilla alone has like 400-500 calories.

what a mess in here, and all over a word or two.  IMO, it's impossible to be PC, your always going to offend someone if you try.  Secondbase, you fag, I think you have the right idea.

The burrito bowls have around 800 calories, I think. The sodium content of everything at Chipotle is through the roof, though. It just ain't worth it. Plus, every single one of their salsas are pretty terrible.

It's a lot, but < 1000.

You can calculate it here: http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php?id=nutrition_calculator with what you put on it.

What I get is 830 calories. I feel it is worth the price occasionally, since when I want to get it I usually have eaten little that day, so am not going over any recommended caloric intake anyway. Yum.

My burrito bowl is quoted at 420 calories.  and to that, I say  :-D

My bowl is loaded with equal parts rice, black beans, and guac.  There is no way.  420 calories per bite, probably.

Hmm.  Mine would be 375 calories but with 60% of my daily intake of sodium.  Now I can see how my 4-yo can eat the adult-sized meal.
