after some difficulty at the polling place, YES! *exhale*
now, to keep myself occupied and distracted from watching the election coverage......I do not have the stamina to go through the same torture as I did with the last election...

Nope :( I'm a registered voter in FL, then I moved back to TX, and now I'm living abroad. Apparently you have to be registered to vote in the last state you lived before moving abroad; I didn't find out until it was too late to register to vote in TX (for this election). Buut I would have voted for the Green Party :P

i just got back....only took like 20 minuets! Yay for living in towns that are too wealthy and snotty to get big! (i guess its good for SOMETHING! :-X )

i just got back - no line at all.. walked in, got a ballot, voted, walked out. no wait, no problems. extra bonus - its like 72degrees here! someones smiling on Chicago today.... ;)

I voted! It took an hour and I was there at 7:15am. There were SOOO many people there that were in the wrong precinct and slowed the rest of us down. >:( But, yay for my vote!!

I voted! ;)b It was awesome! For the first time, I was close enough to my precinct to walk. It was cloudy and drizzly, but still a nice day for a walk. I didn't have to wait at all, but they were out of stickers b/c they were so busy this morning. Some of my friends waited 2-3 hours at their precincts.
Oh, and bonus, I didn't have to work today! 8)
