Made this for dinner over brown rice. It was really yummy. I left out the half cup of oil, but otherwise followed the recipe. I definitely think I'll make it again.
This was super good. I added a dash of cinnamon to the apples, and a bit of vanilla to the sauce. I only used half the sauce, otherwise it would have overflowed my crust.
This was really tasty! I like my tofu a little chewier, so next time I'll make it in a shallow pan, but actually, the texture wasn't bad, and the sauce was great!!
