I am so excited, seriously giddy.
I just found out about this today, right after I found out that the taco truck (los gorditos) down the street has started vegan sundays, where all they serve is vegan food, and they have toffutti sour cream available anytime, which also made me giddy, and feel foolish for never stopping by. But back on topic, Portland is getting a vegan mini-mall!
Sweet . . .

I wish I wasn't a broke grad student so I could get out and enjoy it more :)
Dammit. I want to move to Portland. I hate Missouri.
Awesome! More of a reason for me to visit Portland! (Hmmm... I wonder how long a drive from Vancouver it is???...)

So, it looks like it's time to look for a job in Portland!
oh dang, that is soooo cool.
you're lucky.
Cool! I was in Portland to see Neil Young a couple of weeks ago and begged my friend to take me to Food Fight. It's a super small version of my HFS, but it was cool all the same.
What kinds of stores will it have?
What kinds of stores will it have?
From the website, it looks like a tattoo parlor, magazine and clothing store, bakery (woo hoo! hooray for vegan baked goods! I don't live even close to Portland and I'm excited ;D) and an acupuncture clinic.
This is GREAT! Vegan's really are taking over the world...or at least the mall scene!
what a treat!

Oh my, I totally just bypassed seeing the website address. I'm familiar with Food Fight and Herbivore Clothing/Magazine. Drat. Portland is a mighty long trip from here... :(

Will definitely make that a destination when I'm in a position to go for a trip.
I actually think I am the most excited about the nacho cheese pump. I miss it so. . . although a sit down bakery is nice too.
This is why I keep telling my partner we need to move to the pacific northwest!
