i've order a peppermint green tea latte before at other starbucks. once i got a "really? ... you sure?" and the other time the barista wasn't phased. I was used to getting very specific orders, and liked getting them right (I guess 'cause I've had so many of mine messed up).
I'm going to write this down, I want to try the Captain Crunch frapp, lol. I don't actually remember too much what CC tastes like but it sounds interesting. Hopefully I can get there this week.
They might know what captain crunch is already. So ask them first. (It's not anything too bizarre apparently). But, now I want one. Haha.
Lol! I used to be like you and live in Starbucks, I used to know where there was a Starbucks in every town I was going in (I still do) and I used to attend all of the Grand Openings that I could. For some reason my Starbucks obsession hasn't been being fullfilled. This must change.
We had the coconut mocha... I thought it was good, but not my favorite. I don't know what it was about it but... it didn't make me want more like some of the others.

i have had:
mocha coconut
green tea coconut
strawberries n cream w/ coconut
and "the delicious" one sarah talked about.
i like 'the delicious' and the mocha coconut best out of those.
today i had the coffee one with coconut.
The coffee one is less sweet (I guess because it often has mocha or caramel syrup added to it), which is kind of good. Like iced coffee, but blended.
I havent tried just a coconut creme yet. But i think its just vanilla with coconut.

i think the coconut creme is just the creme base + coconut syrup. so no vanilla =/
wait... i don't get it... they use coconut milk instead of soy for these coconut fraps?
No its just a syrup like the normal flavors

So my mom wanted to go to Starbucks today. I've just begun to realize that I'm lactose intolerant so I decided to confirm my theory by ordering my vanilla bean frap with soy milk, no whip this time since ones with regular milk taste good but make me feel like I'm gonna hurl after. Theory confirmed. I got to enjoy my cold, vanilla-y, overpriced beverage with joy instead of disgust and it tasted the same. :) Good thing I figured this out because my mom just gave me a Starbucks giftcard and I never used to go there. :) I'm thinking this lactose intolerance thing is actually a blessing in disguise.. Another nudge to go full vegan soon! ;)b
