need to GAIN weight

A recent injury has caused me to lose about 20 lbs., which i couldn't really afford to lose! I'm looking for exceptionally fattening food/meal suggestions. To complicate matters, medications have affected my appetite (as in I have none), and aversions to previously loved foods  :(
Any suggestions appreciated!

What foods do you have an aversion (to)?

Healthier stuff: avocados (please tell me you love them), different kinds of nuts, nut butters, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, beans, pasta, potatoes, canola/olive oil in baking and cooking, you could do different pestos with basil, oils, olives, cilantro, etc.

not so healthy: desserts! fried stuff. eat a fried avocado and tell me how it is.

yeah, I load my husband up with peanut butter and nuts!  (he could stand to gain a few pounds, but he tends to lose weight when I am watching mine...)
if I could get him to eat a fried avocado, that would be awesome!!  how the hell do you fry an avocado?  just drop it in hot oil?

That would be a fried food I would eat without a problem.

I have been tring to gain weight as well.  Nut butters, avocados, and olives have been my favorite fatty foods so far.
