I found this website http://www.celiac.com/st_main.html?p_catid=53 , I noticed that some recipies used a lot of egg (not too good when you're using egg replacers) but something like the chocolate cake where they only call for 1 or 2 eggs would work. You could substitute the egg with energ egg replacer (this is a powder that can be found in many grocery stores) 1 mashed banana per egg (if a slight banana flavor would not throw off the flavor of the cake) or 1 cup of applesauce for each egg (same taste thing as the banana). I have not tried gluten free cakes though so I dont have a personal suggestion.
good luck finding a recipe!

My S.O. has celiacs and I have an egg allergy, so I should KNOW this...but I don't. But if he's making a cake or something like it, he just uses a gluten free flour. So I'd say any cake from this or any vegan site with a gluten free flour sub (he does NOT like it, but I don't think it's so bad) would work

Other than that, you could try this

You can use applesauce or plain patmeal as an egg substitute! It's really good!
Good luck!
