I've been under abit more stress since we are trying to get ready to move and deciding on whether or not we are going to add to our family lately that I haven't been sleeping well.  I am not a patient, fun person without sleep so I need to relieve some stress.  >:(

Does anyone have a favorite video or excercise (without buying anything) that I can do?  I like yoga, but all of the videos that I've tried are lame, I like to be pushed but they need to be easy to follow.  It would be a plus if I could rent the video from Netflix first.  Also, I would need to do it before bed, when sweet pea is sleeping, so it would be great if it wouldn't wake me up. kwim?
