Whole fenugreek seeds, or powder? If it's powder, try the Yemenite fenugreek dip! http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=18905.0 It's a very unusual taste that might take some getting used to, but I like it now. I'm making some today actually.
I add fenugreek seeds to dahl. You can also sprout them, but I haven't tried it. Fenugreek greens are edible also, but I have yet to try them.

Whole, both the fenugreek (methi) and kalonji, which I believe is Nigella in English. Gives me a whole new take on Nigella Lawson....England's Paula Deen.
