WOO HOO!!!!
The worst part of giving 2 weeks' notice is that you have to work out the notice when all you want is the new job. I know this because I am working out my notice on a job I have had for a long time, it is up on Thursday. I never quit an MT job until I have another one that I know I will like. Been working BOTH for 5 weeks and I am so glad that is nearly over.
I hope you love your new job as much as I love mine, which is a heckova lot. Hats off to you!

thanks everyone! :) I've been at my current job for 7 years and I'm ready for a change. Plus I've gone as far as I can possibly go ~ no more room for advancement. I'm excited to do something new and can't wait to start. What makes it even better is that I can walk or ride my bike to work. It's about a mile from home. :)
