*GENERAL EXCHANGE GUIDELINES*
1. You must have been active on the forums for at least 6 months OR have 1,000 posts. If you've been here a while you're more likely to send out your package.
2. Don't flake on your partner, just like you wouldn't want your partner to flake on you. If you're unsure whether you'll have time/money to get a package together, don't sign up.
3. Bring it! Don't send out something crappy!
4. Homemade and/or store bought goodies are welcome.

Favourite candy/treat: Sour things, chocolatey things
Favourite colour: Usually green. I'm also on a blue kick right now - sapphire blue, navy blue etc. I prefer bright colours to pastel.
Favourite animal: My nickname is mongoose, so I'll go with that!
Favourite cookie: I am a bit of a cookie noob, I like afghans... oooh chilli chocolate or orange chocolate are probably the best cookie flavours I've ever had.
I am allergic to and/or hate these flavours: No allergies but I hate sundried tomatoes.
If I could I would bath in these flavours: coconut, peppermint, miso (well I wouldn't bathe in miso but I would put it on a lot of food).
Items/ingredients I wish I could find in my area but can't: Non NZ nooch, liquid smoke, agave... I think liquid smoke is the main one I can't substitute.
Items/ingredients I have available locally which others might be interested in: teas, NZ nooch, feijoa things
Favourite scent: surfboard wax (I think it's coconut again), freesias (I'm in agreement with Heli on that one!), Fruity smells.

the only vegan cookbooks I own are 1000 vegan recipes, where it all vegan, and vegan kitchen
Hee hee, I don't know about being super organized, just super excited and this gives me a reason to smile! :)
Last count I had close to 60 vegan cookbooks I think and I've bought several since....definitely too many to type out.
I would like to add this note...
Items/ingredients I wish I could find in my area but can't: NOOCH. I have to drive all the way to Atlanta (45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on traffic) just to get nutritional yeast, and I wish it weren't so. :'(
aaand I'm already stoked about this exchange and what I'm going to put together for my giftee. (I need a hyperactively bouncing smiley right here) It's also nice that the send-out date is the day after my birthday (easy to remember), and that I'll be getting something awesome in the mail as a birthday present, essentially. YAY!
I have a couple of things in mind...need to buy supplies on my next shopping trip. I am always afraid that my giftee will think I am lame but I am still excited. :D
