Compliments: In Which We Flatter Shamelessly.

To play, you have to compliment three other vegwebbers. That's the only rule. There is no penalty for taking extra turns.
hanashi - your posts make me laugh out loud on a regular basis lately! ;D
little2ant - your relentless struggle to become a successful black woman one day is inspiring. SHHHHHHHH! 8-)
secondbase - umm, you came back. And you brought all your awesome with you. :-*
We had a thread like this a while back and I thought it was time for a reincarnation.
Compliment! Go go go!
storm: you will always hold a special place for me among vegwebbers, for sending me that awesome package last year when we did the exchange, even when I wasn't able to send anything out to anyone! :)>>> that, and your garden makes me jealous. You must be a top-notch gardener!
KMK: you have so much enthusiasm for everything! it's refreshing
CK: I'll echo others and mention your hilarity. I enjoy your sense of humour alot
AC: similarly, I enjoy your enthusiasm & sense of humour!
BP: you already know that I think you're awesome! But I really like the discussions that arise when you're around on vw. :) and how frank you can be.
rainbowdust: first of all, for the queer love. But also, whenever you talk about your wife & pets, I picture a really happy family, and that always makes me happy!
CK: The obvious thing is your hilarity, but now I'd like to say that you're awesome because you have what it takes to dispel the myth that all male veg*ns are gay, and that eating meat is manly.
Yabbit: You are just one big bag of awesome. You're smart and witty. I want to be like you when I'm all grown up.
Courth, you are the smart, mature vegan girl I wish I was at your age!
i wrote something out a few days ago and i thought it posted but looking back through the threadi think my wonky internet connection lost it.. well im gonna try to remember everything..
anywaaaaaay, i think you all are great but i really wanted to say that im so incredibly impressed with undersarah, ponycakes, and courth and any other of the vegan youngins. i wish i wouldve been aware enough of the impact of my food choices on the world at your age & had the courage to go vegan as you have. it can be a difficult decision and especially when youre living at home and someone else is paying for your groceries. or even to decide that it's so important to you that you're going to buy your own groceries. most people your age (and older) are completely oblivious to the effect our lifestyles have on the earth so i think it's so great that you all have chosen this path and are so serious about it. you guys are already cooking a million times better than i was just a few years ago - i cant imagine how great you'll be! so thats it - im super impressed with the maturity and intelligence of all of you girls, you're awesome!
:)>>> :)>>>
PPC, you rock!
Wow. I've been avoiding this thread because I'm a little intimidated! I missed it at the beginning and am trying to catch up. Thank you to everyone who flattered me. You guys are all really sweet and awesome! :flower:
For now, I'll just say, Vegweb, you are an awesome part of my life. I am vegan because of you. I have so many more friends because of you. :)
hesp: I admire you for doing the bike & build thing, and your general bikey-ness (your name has "pedal" in it which always makes me picture you riding your bike! which I suppose isn't far from the truth!) You make me want to ride my bike more. Plus, you just seem like you'd be awesome and lots of fun to hang out with.
yabbit: the fact that you speak multiple languages is impressive, and your confidence comes through even online. You also sometimes remind me of my British relatives when you use certain phrases, like "our ___" when referring to someone. I miss being around them, but I enjoy that you use some of the same expressions :)>>>
capture: you're always so supportive and encouraging to others on vw. I also feel like you'd have a strong/powerful presence IRL, and I admire your rawesomeness!
CW: I love how great of a rat-mama you are. I feel like we would get along fabulously IRL :)
Courth, you are the smart, mature vegan girl I wish I was at your age!
I actually put this in the wrong thread, I meant to put it in the thread where we flatter the person before us, but I still mean it!!!!!!
rainbowdust: first of all, for the queer love. But also, whenever you talk about your wife & pets, I picture a really happy family, and that always makes me happy!
awe, thank you! my wife and babies make me happy too!
oh! you have lots of babies too. i just saw a picture of your bunny begging for kale!
:)>>>
also, tino, i just wanted to let you know that i think you are one hottie poptart. i especially like you with glasses.
^-^
aw, gosh. thanks :-[
...there needs to be a blushing face that looks happy.
hahaha!
i'll fight you for her!
then i'll turn around and fight her for you!
;)
...just don't tell brittney!!!
::)
i did see in her profile where she said that the crush was officially reciprocated.
haha.
;)
my mouth tastes like peanut butter and agave!
haha. i eat pb&a sandwiches all the time. when i was little my mom made peanut butter and honey sandwiches for me... but agave tastes so honey-like so it's perfect!
even brittney likes them. :)
i like wooing ladies. ;)
it's all simple math. as my ex, heidi, says, "2 womans is better than 1!"
(and yes, she says it just like that... womans... i guess to sound more caveman like)
damn, Tino, you should be feeling pretty damn special!!
who's LF?
all of the acronyms of vegweb!
i believe that some people are naturally polyamorous. actually, i believe that all humans are. humans have the capacity to feel love without limit and to create more and more love and it won't run out or take away from anyone else. just because you love this person, that doesn't mean that you don't still love that person just as much as you always did.
but in a lot of societies, it has become a taboo and is thought to be unnatural. so although i believe that all people are polyamorous, i also know that most people couldn't handle it. like brittney, for example. we are taught to find one partner and stick with that partner and love only that partner. if you stray from that formula, you cheated on your partner and they are jealous. (note: i've never cheated on anyone) because brittney couldn't handle it, we have a monogamous relationship and i wouldn't ever consider asking her if that could change.
the only girl i've ever been with that could truly handle it and never had jealousy issues was heidi. that's why we had a baby together! ;)
but yes, bp... LOTS of work. :o
lf = lady friend...i think. ???
that's what i was thinking, too.
I just met underSarah! She is very sweet and her hair is amazing. I think I'm kinda obsessed with it after seeing it in real life. 8)
