Who's done them?
Who's a fan?
I just completed a 7 day master cleanse and am compelled to do another in 3 months. My plan is to do 3 (seven day) master cleanses by then end of 2011.
Then I hope to tackle a 14 day. And then some.
What are your personal thoughts with cleansing?
i hope you don't plan to do the salt water with the master cleanse! fuck, that, shit!
I have no real authority on it, but my personal opinion is that it's generally better to try to transition to a long-term diet that's usually healthier (with some cheats) than to go all-out cleansing once in a while. The problem with a cleanse for me is that it ends at some point...
Books like 80/10/10 or Eat to Live with plans that are meant to be followed long-term - even if you don't adhere to it - are great for learning all the reasons you should eat more of certain foods and less of others. That's helped me so much more than cleanses!
i think they're terrible for you.

Cleansing is a great way to stay healthy and reverse the aging process, I cleansed often once I first learned about it too. It is very exciting as you start to notice things improving that you didn't even realize were sufferring. I would say learning a proper diet and life style added with the cleansing will send you to new heights. Look into Ayurveda it will help with your food and life style choices.
Good luck.
