NM Pixie, or others familiar with Santa Fe/Albuquerque?

Hi lovelies!
I am planning to be in Santa Fe/Albuquerque the weekend of December 6th to do some book promoting-does anyone know of the best spots, either for vegans or for holistic health/wellness? The only places I know of are Annapurna and Wild Oats.  I would be doing free food demos (such as showing people how to make a recipe from my book) as well as sampling the food out, signing books, and answering questions...
Any ideas on places to check out would be truly appreciated.
Thanks so much in advance!!
:)

Vitamin Cottage(Natural Grocers)  often has speakers and demos. There is one in Alb., and one in Santa Fe. The chain's from CO., I believe. Whole Foods, and Wild Oats, of course. La Montanita Co-op has a store in both cities, as well. There's also a really good Farmer's market in Santa Fe on Saturdays. Maybe you could get a table? Hmmm... I'll think some more and post after work. On a non-book related note, in Alb., you should definitely check out Ta Lin supermarket(Louisiana and Central), and Fei's Cafe(Central and Yale). Maybe we could get together for lunch or something, although I always work weekends, especially during the holidays. Cool.

Thanks! Great suggestions. So far, someone from Santa Fe Soul Health and Healing Center has gotten back to me. Do you know if that is a popular place? Lunch at Annapurna! ;)b

I've never heard of it, but there are lots of hippy-dippy places, because Santa Fe is a hippy-dippy place ;)b. I'm sure people will be there. Let me know when it is! (And also if you have any more questions)
