i love all of annie's products! but yesterday i tried the woodstock dressing on my salad and oh my gosh. it will make anyone want to eat a salad! it took me a while to figure out what it tasted like until my omnivore mother said, "a BLT sandwhich" anyways, its so good. im addicited :o (the dressing tastes a bit cheesy from the ny, some tahini, and a bit of tomato flavor) my salad had home grown tomato, avacado, pink onion, and romaine.
i also have a bottle of goddess that i have not tried yet, which i have only heard how addiciting it is. i also love the original bbq sauce and ketchup. has anyone tried any marinades?
goddess is. amazing.
i have to buy like a bottle a week to keep up with my bf's addiction to it. it's a bit highcal for a salad dressing for me (though i do splurge on it at times). i really like the tuscan italian dressing. it's a nice alternative to regulare italian. plus it's great on sandwiches and as a marinade as well. try it! and the goddess!
fyi Susan V has a recipe for a lite version of Annie's Goddess dressing:

Thanks for that link laur b.! I have been eating sooo much goddess dressing...its getting expensive. I was thinking I should try to find a recipe for it....awesome!
no prob! i haven't tried it personally, but it sounds pretty good.
I love Annie's Goddess salad dressing! It makes a great pasta salad. Trader Joe's makes their own version of Goddess dressing, and it's just as tasty and cheaper. That Woodstock dressing sound good; I'll have to try it soon.
i have never tried either but i love annies balsamic! I wish that the annies company made a vegan mac n' cheeze. They had a soy one but it had casein :(
Sad to admit it, but I do eat it. I love mac and cheese and have gotten my daughter addicted to it too. :)>>> If there's a recipe that doesn't call for soy cheese and freezes well please tell me so I don't have to buy Annie's any more.
I haven't tried any of the dressings. Sounds like I'll have too.

SusanV's Mac and Cheese taste like the 'out of the box' kind. http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/10/easy-macaroni-and-cheeze.html You could make a batch of the dry seasoning mix ahead of time and add the liquid part while you boil the pasta.
thanks for reminding me of that recipe! i really want to try that one too. i made the flashback one and really liked it (dipping crackers in the cheeze while the pasta finished cooking was so delicous) but i definitely wouldnt mind trying another one - especially with your 'out of the box' stamp of approval.
The Goddess dressing has my bf eating salads! I may have to try another variety and see what he thinks. They're on sale this month. Score!
Brookeisthebest, thanks so much for recommending the Woodstock dressing. I recently purchased some and tried it--love it! ;)b It tastes a lot like the Goddess dressing which I've loved for a long time, but with the additional flavors of nutritional yeast and tomato. Mmmm, thanks again!
youre welcome willwolf! i love woodstock too! :)>>>
I finally picked up some of the Goddess dressing and it is great! My husband was abit worried, but he liked it alot too.
We tried the flashback mac and cheese. I thought it was pretty good, but sweet pea said no way. :o Off to check out mdvegan's suggestion of SusanV's Mac and Cheese.
Wish me luck. :D
