Calling those who do yoga...

Ok, I'm trying to get my middle aged bod back in shape. I am trying to do some of my old yoga stretches but foolishly gave my yoga book thats been with me since the 70's to someone else years ago. I've been surfing the Net looking for a website that actually describes hathayoga postures, with photos but all I find are VERY superficial descriptions of the benefits of yoga, plus--naturally!--an opportunity to buy someone's book online.
Can you recommend a site that I can use to refresh my memory without spending any money? Hathayoga please.
Try one of these sites, Yabbitgirl. Note that there's usually advertising and so forth, but there's also the postures info that you're wanting.

Visit the yoga Journal website. They have videos - I find it so much easier to learn a pose or sequence when I can actually see someone go through the motions (as opposed to reading it in a book).

also, i have utorrent and just download yoga videos from thepiratebay . org ... i have about 35 on my computer that i rotate thru.. if you like bit torrent that thats a cool way to get lots of different videos..
I was going to recommend the yoga basics one. I also really like some of the podcasts, Hillary's and Elsie's can both be searched in itunes, and they have corresponding videos and clips on their web sites. Once you get the hang of the poses they give some good direction.
Y'all are so cool...I knew you could help.
Thanks! :)>>> :-*
