Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? I like making the just like chicken strips. But usually happy vegan chocolate chip cookies. Everyone loves those.

Best/Funniest/Most delicious/Most disasterous experience you've had making a recipe on VegWeb? Oh wow. There are so many. Theres the baking of cookies with wax paper and it almost catching on fire. Plenty of forgetting to put baking powder into baking. I have LOTS of disasters. Haha. best would probably be making tofu that people thought was real meat! Win!

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Cake, I always find ways to mess it up!! I know I should just try it again. Haha. But I always seem to forget something, thats just a personal problem though.

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Never overcook the garlic!!!!!! Neverrrr!!!!

Best music to cook by? Upbeat stuff! Hannah Montana, Owl City, LMFAO, blink 182, Hollywood Lies, and The Ready Set have been my cooking/baking tunes for the past month or two.

All time favorite restaurant? PF Changs! I've never really been to a vegan restaurant. =[

French fries or ice cream? French fries dipped in ice cream. Duh. With bbq sauce on the end thats not dipped in ice cream. YUM

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Soy ftw!

Tempeh, tofu or seitan? I use tofu the most, so I'd have to say that because its what  I have the most experience with.
