disappointed at Costo

I am very sad and disappointed shopping at Costco yesterday. They discontinued Boca Burger and instead selling Morningstar veggie patties which is not vegan. Also they don't carry Larabar anymore. Does this happen to you? I left an angry message to them, and hope they will have Boca Burger soon!
Sometimes the brands they carry vary by store. Try a different Costco if there is another one around (I lived in Phoenix for 4 years and there were like 3 Costcos within 10 miles of my house, so you might live in a non-crazy area with only 1 Costco). They change the brands they carry based on who gives them the better price, unfortunately :-\
Yeah, unfortunately that happens all the time and not just with Costco. I'm always disappointed to find something I need discontinued. It's very frustrating. But I agree, check around if you have more than one Costco in the area.
I've never been able to get Larabars at Costco. I'm jealous. I agree with shopping around at different Costcos.
The costco near me has never had boca burgers. I think they're pretty nasty anyways. On the other hand, costco carries a gazillion types of bars. Have you seen Trio bars in yours? They're similar to Lara bars, but crunchy.
Trio bar? I will look for it next time I go to Costco. I tried Morningstar Vegan burger. It does not taste as good as Boca burger! I guessed I am spoiled by it for years that I was able to buy it from Costco! The nearest Costco is 30 minutes away, and others are about 1 hour away. With gasoline is so expensive I just can't drive so far just to check if they still carry Boca burger. It is just too bad!
Yeah, every costco stocks completely unique items. What one costco has, another may not. For a while, they were selling two-packs of silk for dirt cheap and I was loving it, but they haven't had any at the three costcos closest to me. Check around!
Also, how awesome is Costco's booze selection/prices? I try to stay away from that aisle as much as possible but I usually wind up picking up handle of belvedere.... :D

We got the BIGGEST bottle of grey goose I've ever seen. It was insane. and it was only $45!

ONLY $45. Wow! Seems really expensive to me, but I don't drink much alcohol so don't know how much liquor costs. That is how much I spend for a tank of gas!

I would kill to pay $45 for a tank of gas. That's a half a tank for me!
Also, the bottle of grey goose could liquor up a houseful of drunks or last one single person a month or more. It's awesome
Yum, grey goose. We have this insanely ennormous liquor store near were I live, they claim to be largest liquor store in the world....you could seriously spend like all day in there if you wanted to (lol). Anyway, they have the really big bottle of grey goose for about $40bucks!
And about the whole Costco thing....we have a membership at Sam's club. They discontinued selling tofu and sunshine burgers, which totally pissed me off! They sale Boca burgers, but I can't eat those....I'm allergic to wheat and they contain wheat....oh well I guess. They also use to sell tofutti at Sam's and they quite selling that too....
ftw!! they sold tofu at Sam's club?? I wish costco did. But I always figured it wasn't "american" enough. Like, as in they have foods that mostly everyone eats.

well....I did ask Sam's about why they discontinued selling tofu.... the Sam's club that carried tofu is in Boulder County and not to sterotype people from Boulder (i myself am from Boulder) but I'm sure 80% of colorado's vegetarian/vegan population lives in boulder county which is why that particular sam's club carried it. Anyway, the person I talked to at sam's club said they were forced to discontinue carrying it because they were the only sam's club in the state that sold tofu and corporate didn't want to have to offer tofu at all its locations because of the cost to the company or something....sounded like a load of bull sh*t to me but whatever. At least they still sell soy milk.
my costco back home sells tofu, although it's not organic. They sold a few different types too, I was pretty darn surprised when I found it. And omg, so ridiculously cheap.
