Do you take vitamins? If so, do you take a multi or several supplements?

I only take a vitamin C because it is sort of traditional. The first question that people ask when I tell them that I am vegan is how many supplements I take. I believe (and it has been proven) that the best way to get nutrients/absorb them is through the food itself. I can tell when my body is missing something, for example iron, and correct the imbalance in my diet.
