Smoking....
OK, I am now going to my balcony to hopefully smoke my last two cigarettes. I will be off line until next Tuesday night.
Please do keep up with the supplement poll because I want to have mega reading when I get home from Michigan!
As well, I will continue at that time to respond to the wonderful posts about my post 'just stuff'.
I am praying to the powers that be that I can once again quit smoking 'cold turkey' for all the right reasons.

I am sadly missing my BF big time but I do not want to catch the flu or get strep throat before visiting my friends that I haven't seen in a year. So I won't see him until next week. :-(
Cali would be p*ssed too because I told her she is going to meet two very sexy standard poodles and she is counting on it!

you can do it. I smoked for 22 years when told I had 2 months to live because I had colon cancer. I put them down right then and haven't picked em back up. That was 4 years ago.It's all about what you decide to do. When you decide you don't want to smoke cigarettes anymore, you will be able to put them down for the rest of your life. You can do it. And quite frankly, If you don't do it, you might as well pull yourself up to the table for a big ol piece of fried animal carcus, cause you are doing the same thing to your body. I don't mean to offend you or anything, just saying.
