nutritional yeast & B12

I just read that not all nutritional yeast has b12 in it... I didn't know that!!  I was assuming all this time that I was getting my b12 from the bulk I buy.  Now I gotta look into what brand it is and see.  Just thought I'd let you all know in case you were also assuming this.

I think it's good idea to not assume you are getting the kind with B12, but more often then not it seems it most NY does have B12.

Yeah I know assuming is always a bad idea, I just thought that b12 occured naturaly in nutritional yeast.  You learn something new every day right!

I dunno if this is true but I heard they spray it on... sounds kind of creepy, huh?  ;D
