What do you guys do for excercise? And how often a week do you exercise?

I'm a runner, but any runner would jokingly call me a "jogger." I don't run when I think it's too cold, I do feel like cheating when I go to the stinky indoors gym more often than I go running, I run to music, and I run slow. Some people say that disqualifies me as a runner, but I have time and time again come back to running and it makes me feel like a million bucks.

Anna, Running is running. I don't really bother with classifying running vs. jogging. If you feel like a runner, then you're a runner! ;D I'm sure some people would want to call me a jogger, but then I remind myself that those people are elitist snobs. And then I feel better. ;)
