Anyway, it would be totally fun to just have an occasional writing challenge, wouldn't it? Here's the first one--a quick exercise, if you will.

Write a short piece, any type of piece, describing your favorite animal, but actually say the name of the animal. It can be from any point of view or any type of narrator. Be lyrical, funny, sweet, strange, or even technical. If you want to make a guess at someone else's animal, you should contribute with a little bit of writing yourself so that others can guess yours!

Here's my contribution (probably waaaay too easy).

In Summary

The convenient parts of today were:
1. Your revolving door (manual service, at that!)
2. My full dish (fresh as always)
3. Your undivided attention (the spa never closes)
4. My flair for the dramatic (pet me! NO, DON'T)
