"S" Themed Party - Costume Ideas?

My flat and the next door neighbours are having a huge joint flatwarming on the weekend, and since it's one neighbour's birthday as well and her name starts with S the theme is..."S".
I'm so stuck! Any ideas appreciated :-)
So are you looking for costume ideas or food/gift ideas...?

I assume the "food" will be along the lines of booze booze and more booze if the neighbours usual habits hold true :P

Yea that always seemed like a copout name, like all the others described their character or whatever but who the hell has the character "ginger"?! Maybe that's why I forgot it.
I was a tomboy, so when girls made me play spice girls i always wanted to be Sporty (I didn't really know who they were but Sporty was least girly.) But then they would always make me be Baby coz I was small and blonde.

When I moved to Georgia, the Spice Girls were the shit in elementary schools. Everyone assumed a character, and they made me be Sporty. Before moving, I had never heard of them, so I resented being told who to "be" but then realized that she was the best.
I've used Sporty Spice as a costume many times. :)
She would be an awesome costume but I'd need a wig or something, my hair is short and blonde :-\ Coz her clothes are so normal it needs to hair too to make it distinctive. Darn.

I hated the Spice Girls when they were popular. They ruined the lovely image I had of the UK. Now I actually like them and own their albums. "Stop" is such a good song and I love the whole 60s girl group thing going on there. Oh, and The Pipettes are the new and improved Spice Girls.
