How to Get Photo Gallery To Work?

I can't for the life of me figure out the Photo Gallery thingy. Am I just being dense or what? Really wanted to upload pictures of my furry friends & maybe a recipe picture or two. Can anyone help me :-\

You have to host the photo on another site (like photobucket, imageshack, Facebook) and grab the URL for the photo and use that. I know that at least for me, I can't upload photos to the site from my computer.

For the profile photo gallery, you don't have to upload them somewhere else first. They just come from your computer. You might need to resize them to make them smaller if you are getting an error.

Mine never upload. The only way that I can add them is hosting them some other place first.

How do you register for it? If I try to even create a new album it says to register first... but it doesn't tell me where or how to register for it :o

I must not be very commputer smart :-[

The Photo Gallery...anytime I try to add a picture it sends me to this page of Photo Gallery. If I try to create a new album it says that I'm not registered. Is there any other way to post pictures other than with Photo Gallery? I have my profile picture up but don't know how to put any other pictures up. Like of my pets or recipes :-\
