Finally (almost!)...a dog receives the same rights as humans! ;D :D ;D :D
(Okay, this is for those of you who may have misinterpreted my desire (in other threads) for dogs and humans to have equal rights, and thought I meant that dogs should have voting rights... ;))

If I registered my cat to make a point, I guess instead of having a paw print, I'd add bite marks to the corners of the ballot and make sure some static electric hair stuck on the form (it sticks on everything else).
