My boyfriend at work: "What is it with vegetarians and cats?"
Discuss. Post pictures of your cats too. It's cute and I'm down with that.

:)>>> All animals!
YES! Item: spiders are not animals, and never will be. Thank goodness. :o
Cats are cool for one reason, dogs for another...and pangolins and sloths and giraffes and baboons and...you get the idea.
I would love to have a tapir.
Ummmm, actually, spiders ARE animals. They are in the Kingdome Animalia just like the rest of us. Technically they are considered animals.
Sorry, science nerd brain was triggered!
Ya, I like cats because they are so soft, and warm, and furry, and lovable! And they don't smell. Dogs are cool, but they smell, and aren't as soft, and they lick you and jump on you, too hyper. But I like dogs too, I just prefer cats. I like to play with dogs but they are better off as someone else's pet, I will stay with my cuddly furbabies! But I like ALL animals...well maybe except cockroaches...and ticks...and chiggers...oh and stinkbugs...and I really don't like wasps...sorry, I am supposed to like all animals, but I guess animals in the insect relm don't really count, unless it is those fuzzy soft caterpillers, those are so cool.

Cats! Dogs are okay, but I don't really like them. Cats always rule, even when they are mean bitchy. Actually, especially when they are mean and bitchy. I can relate because I am also mean and bitchy. :D

I'm that girl that goes to the pumpkin patch and picks out the ugliest, lonliest, most needed looking pumpkin there is and totally beams in all directions while buying it. :>
The fugly pumpkins are the best ones! I bet you have a Charlie Brown Christmas tree too! That is, if you celebrate Christmas.
Looks like those last four poll options aren't fairing too well.
Totally!!! I do celebrate Christmas, and always with a Charlie Brown tree if I can help it. If my sister comes with us to pick it out she might overpower me and we might end up getting a hammy one, but I always put in my vote for the ugly ones.
and my other two kids. Little (chilling out in the sink) and Simba (big boy in a small box).
Can't imagine my life without any single one of them. :)
My cats have names from Disney movies! Raja (big HUGE cat, 20 pounder boy) and Abu (his brother, but slightly smaller built). They're the names of Princess Jasmine's pet Tiger (Raja) and Aladdin's monkey dude (Abu). I've had them since I was a year old and can't imagine life without them, either! :)>>> kittiieeeesssss

I don't really hate any pet-type animal. But cats just fit with my personality. Dogs are sooooo cute but I like independent animals. Cats clean themselves and canplay on their own and they don't semm to NEED love but they'll LET you love them. I just think cats have a lot of personality... especially at 4am when they want fed or want to go outside. :)

I am a total cat person. I live with two. My pretty kitty's name is magic. He's my love. My mother's cat is named Splash, and he's okay. Magic can be anywhere in the house and will come running if I call him. We're best friends. Magic is the dark, handsome one.

I like most rodent-y type animals...with the one exception of guinea pigs. I could be biased because I was bit a few times (and rushed to get a rabies shot) by my class guinea in elementary school, but...I doonooo, they just kind of weird me out. ::)
A guinea pig bit you?! Generally, they don't bite people, unless by accident (this happened to me) or if they're really scared. I can assure you that mine wouldn't bite you and they are all very sweet. Especially if you bring them food. :) I will say that my old roommate was bitten by the first guinea pig we got, but he (guinea pig) was insane and Josh (roomie) was tormenting him.

I wasn't even tormenting it :( I think it was way on one side of it's cage and I stuck my finger in there and kinda tried to get him to come over. And he ran over and bit me. Not so cool, coco the guinea pig. :nono:

Mietze was my cat and Sophia was my partner's. Now they are mind numbingly cute with the snuggling with each other.
Also, this is Smokey Joe, the dawg.
