Canadian moving to Miami

I'm moving to Miami for the winter! 8-) Are there any exclusively Canadian products I won't be able to find there? What will I be delighted to find there?! I'm looking forward to shopping at Whole Foods... and I know there are a ton of vegan products in the States I've not had access to here. What should I look for? Also, can you recommend restaurants? I am super excited!
There are a few people on vegweb who live in Florida, but I can't remember which parts. I think the US and Canada have about the same things. Maybe different measuring cups. How do you measure?
