whole food mart and tofu

So I found out there is a whole foods 45 mins away from where I currently reside *squee*. I went on a bit of a spree today. I don't eat a lot of tofu, but I bought some garlic onion tofu from there today. Any ideas on what to do with it??? Also, does anyone have any whole foods favorites?
slice it and "grill" it on a George Foreman grill, or maybe a tofu scramble
I buy alot of their 365 brand stuff, it's pretty cheap and good!
