One unique thing should know about you?  I have all the Harry Potter audiobooks on my iPod. And I've listened to all seven of them about 15 times.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) Being able to feel good about the food I'm eating, since it's good for animals, the environment, the economy, and me!

#1 Cooking secret/tip? TThere are 3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon (I always lose my tablespoon).

Best music to cook by? Any musical, especially In the Heights.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? My mom, dad, and brother: I love sharing a meal with my family.

All time favorite restaurant?  Horizons, in Philadelphia.

French fries or ice cream? I have such a sweet tooth, so ice cream.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Almond milk!!! I'm obsessed.  I can go through a gallon in 4 days.

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan?  Tempeh but I like them all.
