Good, Warm Vegan Winter Jackets?

Does anyone have suggestions as to where to find good, warm vegan winter jackets? Possibly ones that won't break the bank? Thanks! :)

They have (or used to have) several styles of coats. I also got a puffy (non down) coat that is warm from Old Navy for like $19 last year!
