Veganism and its representation

If you had a chance to pick one vegan meal to represent veganism what would it be?

I would pick a seitan dish.
I would select something universal, simple, modest.
Something can feed millions.
Peas, rice and greens.
Rice and beans. Spaghetti and red sauce. Something simple that most people would eat anyway.
I'm agreeing with EC. Beans, rice, greens--the best part of being vegan. And of course chocolate for dessert. And wine (vegan wine).
