I'll sign it. But, I have to admit - I'm very skeptical that petitions of this kind will work.
This is a country that kills Tibetans and is eradicating their way of life as we speak.
China is one of the biggest traders with America. Despite all the Free Tibet petitions, despite all the concerts, all the support from celebrities who give lots of money to free Tibet, despite the Dalai Lama meeting with our President .... absolutely nothing has been done to help the Tibetans.
If China doesn't care that the whole world is wathching how they treat humans ... they're not going to care that we're watching now.
Sorry to be the voice of negativity here ... but, honestly, I've signed so many Free Tibet petitions, so many petitions to end the killing and imprisonement of Tibetans ... none of them have ever done a single thing. So, I can't help but be skeptical that this will.
Short of stopping all trade with China (which no one will ever do) - I don't see what will work.
