If you could go anywhere, where would you go?

Okay, so I am bored at work, passing the last 45 minutes untill I go home.
But for me the answer to this question is Svalbard. It is the island north of Norway way up there close to the north pole. Pictures I see of it look beautiful. But I am into finding places as isolated as possible.
What about you?
Antartica, Glastonbury, or Egypt. :)

I want to add the Galapagos islands. It's been my dream since I was a little girl. I just knew if I could go study there I could find the missing link. I watched a lot of PBS as a child ::)
I'll add Iceland...in summer, of course! I've always wanted to go there since seeing it on a totally non-veg*n show, "Top Gear" (which in those days was about hideously expensive "toy" cars for the rich.) The lunar-type landscape fascinates me. My DH was a travel agent and he used to bring home brochures with that hotel they make out of ice every year...not my idea of the best accomodation, ;) but interesting!

Bangkok. I lived there for two years as a kid and I've been wanting to go back every since. I will one day.....sigh.

i'd pick to go home too. i technically can go there any time i want, but i'd not be able to re-enter canada if i did, and it'd totally wreck my canadian immigration stuff that i'm in the middle of. wwwaaaahhh :'( i've been missin' my mum and all things british somewhat recently.
anywhere warm right now... greece, australia, egypt, costa rica, spain, new zealand... morocco (casablanca!!)
but when I'm not chilled to the bone... pretty much everywhere! I haven't been very far in my lifetime. I'd love to visit ireland, iceland, alaska, scotland, denmark, france, south africa, sweden... you name it, I haven't been there. I'd also love to see more of my own country, canada.

Dont laugh but my family history ties in with the King Arthur legend; and as you know the Tor, Chalice Hill and the Abbey are all located there. In my heart and soul, it is there that I belong. I cant really explain it.
awww, nah, i wouldn't laugh. i think you'll be blown away when you get to visit. there is some amazing history and mythology based in the area, and there is definately something spiritual and mystical in the air there (and its not just from what the locals are smokin').... and in the ley-lines too, if you're into that stuff. if nothing else, its a unique and beautiful place to feel you're a part of.
I want to go places in New Zealand! I heard it's so beautiful there.
Ever since Lord of the Rings, I have really wanted to go there!
