I have been on this board for 12 or 13 years.  There were some great people on the board that no longer post. Maybe they lurk.  Lezly and Tweety are two of the old timers.  Nancy Z used to post and you would have all loved her passion and compassion.  Sue Baker was another.  Nicole often posted,  She was having twins and haven't seen her on the board since.  Mindy, one of my all time favourites...although Mindy and I phone each other all the time.  Robin was also a regular.  We didn't always see eye to eye but I always admired her.  Ruby was another old timer that I miss very much.  There are so many more.
So where is this post going?  Although some of the old timers have gone, this board rocks now.  There has never been so much activity on a day to day basis.  It is so fun having the young blood on the board.  So intelligent, caring and compassionate.  Totally wonderful to see young people in their teens so involved with sharing a compassionate world.
The group on this board now are understanding, non bashing, and open and willing to listen to other people's ideas and values without judging. 
Everyone offers good ideas or just good loving and caring thoughts and encouragement.  I left the board for a couple of years and am so glad I came back when I did.

You guys all rock!  There is not one of you that I would not consider a friend!

As well, thanks Yvette.  Without you, VegWeb wouldn't be around and none of us would have made the friendships we have through this board.  Many of us will stay cyber friends.  Some of us will actually meet and greet and make lifelong friends.
