Hey everybody, I found a new concoction that tasts good...not vegan though.

I made some bean stew, bunch of different kinds of beans with potatoes and seasonings and a can of diced tomatos.  It was kind of bland.  I made some rice, and mixed into the rice cream of asparagus soup, and a packet of onion soup mix, kind of salty, but I mixed the two together, and it is delish.  I discover all kinds of wierd stuff because I am determined not to waste food and make a lot of mistakes.  Oh, I also put chopped broccoli in the rice.

The only think not vegan is the cream of asparagus soup, which can probably be made vegan.

You can make cream of asparagus ( or anything else) by heating soymilk and cornstarch until thick...dissolve 3 tablespoons corn starch into  2-3 tablespoon cold water to use as a thickener, then add it to about 1.5 cups soy milk and 1 cube veggie bouillon that has been heated at low/med heat.
