Last night I made dinner and also made dessert.  My middle son got home after everyone else had finished eating.  He went into the kitchen and made a plate and sat down to eat...I looked at his plate and commented that I had also made gravy in case he hadn't realized...he said - "yeah I saw, I couldn't decide if I wanted any or not, maybe I'll get some in a minute, it looked like caramel btw."

I started laughing because what he almost put on his potatoes was caramel sauce that I made to go with dessert...I told him that and he also thought it was funny but thought it would have been funnier if he had put it on his potatoes!  I agree.;D
