saturday afternoon was great b/c jase and i took merrick to one of the malls that has a little playground area. he let jase carry him a little bit. lol, i had to chase merrick in the playground and jason almost lost us. i was a little distracted when we were talking but its b/c i had a feeling something bad was going to happen. found out yesterday y i had that feeling. zack dumped some (or all) my stuff. i have to call the dayton police tonite to find out what to do to get it back. i dont know how they found my uncle's old # but they did. they called and i guess my cousin answered so he called his dad and my mom told me yesterday morning. ive got a plan with jason worked out. if its a lot of stuff  then we will use his van but if its small stuff then i will go with my mom. i told jason he might have to make a statement about last weekend. if zack threatened to do this to my stuff last weekend i didnt hear it but jason might have. if my pictures are in with the stuff i just hope they arent ruined b/c it was raining this past week. if my id and wallet is in with the stuff then he will hear a earful b/c he lied to me and said that he didnt know where it was when i knew i didnt have it. i will be pressing charges if i can, then if i have my id and social security card then i will also file for custody and support. with custody he will have supervised visitation if i can get it b/c he will dump merrick on his mom or dad when he works or he will run off to a friends house, he wont make the time for merrick. im just hoping that me keeping him away from merrick wont backfire on me. i only did it b/c i knew that when he had to work he would dump merrick on his mom or dad. with his dad i wouldnt mind but his mom there is no way i will allow her near him without supervision b/c of my last day there. her saying that zack did good when he slapped merrick's hand b/c merrick broke one of her things. b/c im trying to end the abuse with my dad i dont believe in hitting kids in anyway.
