I'm bored at work and will answer them with the most creative response that I can think of.

:-[ (with a smiley) Nah. There's some stuff to shred. I don't really want to be SHREDDED. I just want to be more fit/toned. Usual stuff. Plus, it's nice to do some exercise other than redrumming. I'm not a turtle, though. I mean, mdv is shredding, and doing other stuff, and she's like a tiny creature.
Gotcha. But I still say curse society for making some think that they are not beautiful when there is absolutely nothing wrong with them to begin with. :)

I think we're both getting to the point where we don't want to work much, especially since we don't have many bills. We just want to travel the world. It's too bad that we weren't born a few hundred years ago where randomly travelling and going to other countries wasn't a big deal. Now you have to pay for everything and you have to have clearance to get into another country. >:(

I know! I should probably lay down some ground rules...
Rule # 1: If your question needs immediate attention, i.e. 'what should I make for dinner tonight?', 'should I wear black shoes or red shoes to the sockhop this evening?', 'will Jesus call me this afternoon?', etc., etc., then it would be best to ask me before I go home from work since I rarely get on the computer at home. This way I can answer you in a timely fashion and you won't be left with the empty gap of the unknown answer that Oracle CK has for you. ;)b
Otherwise, I will view this as an opportunity to suggest what you do the following evening.
Rule # 2: In regards to dinner suggestions, please supply me with a few things that you have so I can make a good recommendation.
Unlike Miss Cleo, I don't have a "crystal ball" (your credit card number), so I can't see what you have purchased recently. ;)
Rule # 3: If you're looking for advice on a gift or surprise, message me on facebook or myspace. That way, it won't be floating around in the open for anyone else to see.
Rule # 4: This is a CK thread. You are subject to my thoughts and words. I will not go out of my way to offend you and I will definitely not hurt your feelings, but if you ask a dirty question, you will most likely get a dirty answer. You have been forewarned. Just sayin'.

I think it's all a big hoax. I don't believe the 2012 thing is going to be the 'end of the world'. If any of that is true, it's supposed to be an event that changes the way mankind thinks, not the destruction of the planet. But hey, if you want to believe a culture that thought sacrificing animals and loved ones would bring a better crop harvest, then be my guest.
However, we have no real way of knowing when the world will end, other than looking to the cosmos and watching for giant meteors like the one that struck the Yucatan peninsula millions of years ago. Man is not killing the planet, man is dirtying it. After we have killed ourselves off and we are gone from the Earth, the planet will cleanse itself in about a million years' time, which is really no time at all for Earth.
Please excuse my cynicism. ;)
