I go to school in Colorado Springs.  Since I am a super poor student (my school is CRAZY expensive but I love it), I rarely eat out.  However, there is a Nepalese place (Everest Nepal) that is pretty good and Jose Muldoons (super good homemade chips and veggie fajitas).  Wooglin's is right on my campus.  It is a deli - pretty yummy, but sort of pricey.  There is a health food store (Mountain Mama) and a Whole Foods.  Let me know if you have any more questions!  I have lived there for a three years, so I know the area pretty well.  Oh, and go to Garden of the Gods!  It is INCREDIBLE.
