I haven't found a GREAT mac n cheez recipe. I found one that was decent, edible. I can't remember what recipe it was exactly, because I still don't think I'd ever make it again. I've given up

my favorite mac'n'cheese recipe so far is in the vegan yum yum, I make it all the time. LOVE it... better than "real" stuff imho.

i like Roads End vegan mac and cheese they sell it in a box... i always add like 4 T "butter" to make it super delicious
recipe wise... just make melty cheese and put it on some cooked noodles... it's good stuff

Roads End wasn't very good to me. It's definitely not worth the price, and doesn't taste any better than anything I've made at home before.

i agree that it isn't the most amazing thing EVER.. i really like the shells and cheese one you despise... only because it's easy when i'm in a hurry... for sure homemade is way better when you have the time

It takes me just as long to boil shells as it does to prepare a sauce for mac n cheez.... I don't see the difference, except in the ridiculous price
