Whats are your favorite tofu recipes???

Hey.... I'm going to start doing this on a regular basis... but a different item everytime and I decided to start with TOFU!!!
So what are your favorite tofu recipes mine are (not in any particular order)
Ragin' Cajun Tofu (my own recipe but I like it)
Tofu breakfast sandwhich, a la new york deli
Kung "Pow" Tofu
So try them and put down your favorite recipes... and keep watch I'll probably do this once a week or so.

I eat my tofu cubed and stir fried and vary what type of sauce and what veggies I use. Usually it's something Asian. Love me some tofu.

Every blue moon I'll make a breakfast style tofu scramble.

Tofu Bacon-- you'll probably have to ask someone to message it to you because there was drama, but it's really thinly sliced tofu fried til crispy, then you pour on soy sauce and liquid smoke (I add maple syrup too) and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and cook til the sauce part is reduced. So yummy.

i just made the Smokey Miso Tofu from www.veganyumyum.com the other day and it was really good - and there was only like a 10 minute marinade time which i liked cus i rarely plan out my tofu early enough to marinade it for hours.

i also like the tofu sour cream recipe from here... tofu ricotta...(when its been frozen/thawed & pressed well you can make it into more of a cheese spread as opposed to ricotta style) and of course chocolate pb pie or chocolate kahlua pie...
