Vegan bake-salers, your advice please!

So a friend of mine from school owns a cafe and has organised a fundraising bake sale this Saturday for the Christchurch earthquake appeal.
I offered to drop off some vegan baked goods to contribute for the sale, but am now trying to make sure I pick the right things to bake, ones that look good, go over well with omnis, and, of course, taste wonderful!
I am thinking of making some crack cake cupcakes
and maybe some of these cinnamon cupcakes
Do cookies work at bake sales, or should it be more just cake? VWAV chocolate chip cookies are always adored by everyone...
What about cinnamon rolls?
Basically, if you've been to, or baked for a bake sale before, I'd appreciate any tips/advice as to what works/doesn't work! : )
Cookies definitely work for a bake sale! I think cinnamon rolls would be fine. Brownies are always popular too...and even banana bread and other fruity/desserty breads. It's good to have lots of variety, that way there's something for everyone.
sweet, well, I ended up doing something I never do on Friday night... and ran out of flour!
so, I was only able to make one batch of crack cakes and one of chocolate chip cookies.
Still, they were gratefully received by the organiser, and when we dropped by on Saturday they had already had one person come by and inquire whether there were any butter-free baked goods on offer : )
They made over $1,000 for the Christchurch earthquake appeal, which I think is pretty awesome for a Saturday morning's effort! : )
Awesome. Excellent job. :)
I think you need to tempt everyone with some vegan chocolate desserts.
I'm late for you, oww, but for anyone else doing such a thing: Consider selling part of the cookies by the each, particularly if you're selling in a venue like near a market where lots of people come and go. Someone who might not buy a dozen would buy one or three to munch on while they shop.
