Kellogs bought Worthington and are discontinuing Tuno :'( >:(, which I LOVE :D. Does anyone have a Tuno copycat recipe? :P Thanks.

Tuno comes frozen or in a can. I was looking for the frozen kind last winter and couldn't find it. I asked my grocer and he said Tuno was discontinued. Apparently it had low sales.
Tuno has an aftertaste so you can't flake it on salad or anything. It pretty much has to be made into something. At the time of my initial lament I didn't know about vegweb's Mock Tuna Salad recipe (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7578.0). I actually like this a little better.

Aww... the memories. I used to live on the stuff.
MSF still has not replied to my inquiry--whaci makes me cranky, all I know is, if they have dicontinued the product *especially if they did so a long time ago* they should take it off of their website!
