Ooh just got a tub of this from my local supermarche and have to say it is glorious stuff - it tastes part hummus, part something else (mayonaisey/sour creamy/chillified/corriandered - whatever its delish. :)>>> I HAVE to make this at home. Anyone got a tried and tested version in their repertoire? I soon will have and will post when its mastered 8-)
Never heard of it, but it sounds incredible. Pleeeease keep me posted on this! Your recipes always rock.
aww yabbitt :-[ (bashful looking!), thanks. No, I'd never heard of it either but am gonna get another pot of it and for the taste and then replicate!
Our local overpriced market sells "guacamole" (advertised as such) with only 6% avocado, the rest being green peas, if you please! So maybe "frijolemole" is unguacamole made with beans?

This is sheer craziness, there should be riots in the streets.

That's just wrong
Oh, I agree. Especially since avocados are produced locally these days. But why sell good food when you can rake in the money for fake junk, right Mercadona? :P
huh...the only recipes I can find contain hard-cooked eggs.
